 After spending 10 years in hands-on carpentry experience, Michael Demich started his own San Diego construction business in 1985.
Michael has 35 years experience in the construction industry. He has built almost every type of project; from multi-unit projects and new luxury homes from 5,000-16,000 sq ft - to small home remodels, restorations, renovations, and cracked slab repairs. These diverse experiences have resulted in long-term, solid relationships with many highly skilled architects, engineers, subcontractors and craftsmen in Southern California, as well as many happy customers.
Michael has always actively participated in the projects, and is on-site daily.
